Mutual Inductor Multi-function Tester , CT/PT Excitation Characteristics Tester

 

I. Product Description

 

FKFA-II Mutual Inductor Multi-function Tester is applied for measuring CT/PT volt-ampere characteristic, 5%, 10% and 15% error curve, ratio, polarity, angle error, ratio error, secondary DC resistance and secondary load, secondary loop, secondary withstand voltage and function of demagnetization. It has 600A and 2500V output.


 

II. Main Performed Test items:

  • CT/PT Excitation characteristics test, 5%, 10% and 15% error curve
  • CT/PT Ratio, polarity , secondary winding resistance test
  • CT/PT Secondary load, ratio error and phase angle error
  • Has the function of demagnetization
  • 600A large current and 2500V max. output

 

 

III. Technical features

 

1. Full-function, can test CT/PT -ampere characteristic, 5%, 10% and 15% error curve, ratio, polarity, voltAngle error, ratio error, secondary DC resistance and secondary load, secondary loop, secondary withstand voltage and function of demagnetization.

2. 600A max. current output , max. test voltage up to 2500V.

3. With a large storage capacity, 2000 sets of test data can be stored and the data will never be lost.

4. Automatic calculating knee point, with test data printing function.

5. The output of the device is all real voltage and current under the standard sine wave at 50Hz, which can effectively simulate the actual state of the tested transformer.
