Principe of work:
1. High-pressure gas cylinder with carbon dioxide in the carbon dioxide gas to barrels of
beer out of beer pressure,rapid cooling after entering ,and than flows out from the wine
mouth.
2. By beer cooler beer cool and good taste .
3. Isolated from the ambient air of carbon dioxide ,so that the beer is not in direct contact
with the air.
4. So as to achieve the purpose of preservation.
5. Apects from the way into the water-cooled refrigeration and direct cooling two types,
water -cooled and direct-cool :
6. Direct cooling by the pressure of the carbon dixide into the beer cooler of beer ,wine
and liquor directly into the cooling tank.
7. By adjusting the pressure relief valve---CO2 into the cask beer---beer pushed out into
the wine box or wine pipe cooling --- ----beer drinking wine and liquor head.
