The Role and Characteristics of Lida High-speed Coating Machine
The high speed coater is used for the coating production of BOPP sealing tape. The roll of the substrate is coated with a layer of glue, paint or ink of a specific function, and dried to be wound up. It adopts a special high-speed coating head, and the gravure printing machine can effectively reduce the generation of air bubbles. The high-speed coating machine is equipped with a full-speed automatic film-adjusting mechanism and a tension closed-loop automatic control.
There are two types of high-speed coating machines, one is to apply an emulsion on the screen by a plurality of wet-wet operations, or to add a drying process after each coating. A machine for metering a liquid (or melt) polymer material such as a binder or a coating on a surface of a material.
