YKK355-630 6KV three-phase asynchronous motor power level, installation size, electrical performance in line with the national standard JB/T10351.2-2002 "YKK, YKK-W series high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor technical conditions frame size 355-630";
YKK400-630 10KV three-phase asynchronous motor is connected and corresponding to JB/T10446-2004 "Y series 10KV three-phase asynchronous motor technical conditions {frame size 450-630} in power arrangement, and conforms to GB755-2000 and related IEC standard.
The motor adopts the internationally popular unit combination structure, also known as the box structure. The base is welded with steel plates, which is light in weight and good in rigidity. An air-to-air cooler is installed on the top of the motor, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly, which is convenient for the maintenance and repair of the motor. The stator adopts an external press-fitting structure, and the ends are reliably fixed and bound. During the manufacturing process, it has undergone multiple inter-turn impulse voltage tests and ground voltage withstand tests, and is treated with advanced vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint process. It adopts F-class insulation structure, and the temperature rise is assessed according to B-class. The bearing has two types of rolling bearing and sliding bearing, which are determined according to the power and speed of the motor, and can also be determined according to the requirements of users. Motors of other voltages, frequencies and protection classes are available on request.
