JSY-03 dielectric loss tester breaks through the traditional bridge measurement method, adopts frequency conversion power technology, uses single chip microcomputer, and modern electronic technology to carry out automatic frequency conversion, analog/digital conversion and data operation; To achieve strong anti-interference ability, fast test speed, high precision, automatic digital, easy to operate; Power supply adopts high-power switching power supply, output 45Hz and 55Hz pure sine wave, automatic pressure, can provide 10 kV voltage; Automatically filter out 50Hz interference, which is suitable for field test with large electromagnetic interference such as substation. Widely used in power industry transformers, transformers, bushings, capacitors, arresters and other equipment dielectric loss measurement.
1. The instrument adopts Fourier transform digital filtering technology to measure capacitance, dielectric loss and other parameters. The high precision of the test results makes it easy to realize automatic measurement.
2. The instrument adopts frequency conversion technology to eliminate 50Hz power frequency interference on site, and can measure reliable data even in the environment of strong electromagnetic interference.
3. Use full-touch large LCD display, easy to operate. Full touch LCD display, large full graphical interface, each process is very clear, operators do not need additional professional training to use. The whole process can be measured with a light touch.
4. Data storage: Internal equipped with calendar chip and large capacity memory, can save the test results at any time, can view the history at any time, and can print out. Both the current time and storage time can be displayed and printed at any time.
5. Scientific data management: Instrument data can be exported through U disk, and data can be viewed and managed on any PC through special software.
6. The instrument is easy to operate, the measurement process is controlled by the microprocessor, as long as the appropriate measurement method is selected, the measurement of the data can be automatically completed under the control of the microprocessor.
7. Integrated model, with standard capacitance and high voltage power supply, easy to field test, reduce field wiring.
8. The instrument has high measurement accuracy and can meet the requirements of oil dielectric loss measurement, so it only needs to be equipped with standard oil cups and special test lines to achieve oil dielectric loss measurement.
9. With low-voltage shielding function of reverse wiring, the 10kV reverse wiring loss measurement can be carried out on C11 without disconnecting the 220kV CVT bus when the bus is grounded.
10. Able to do AC withstand voltage test. It is convenient for PT, CT to do AC voltage withstand twice, and 400V low voltage system to do voltage withstand test.
11. Can identify the external high voltage power supply frequency 40Hz~300Hz, allowing the use of power frequency power supply or series resonant power supply to do large capacity high voltage dielectric loss test.
12. With CVT test function, can realize CVT self-excitation test, can set high voltage/current, low voltage/current 4 protection limits to ensure personal and equipment safety.
13. When testing CVT, not only the capacitance and dielectric loss values of C1 and C2 can be automatically tested, but also the total capacitance and dielectric loss values of the CVT equipment can be tested
14 Thermal printer can be printed out, with a calendar clock, convenient for users to test reports, with U disk output.
15. With computer interface. One computer can control 32 instruments, which can be integrated into the comprehensive high-voltage test vehicle to realize measurement, data processing and report output.
16. Grounding protection function, when the instrument is not grounded or poorly grounded, the instrument does not enter the normal procedure and does not output high voltage. Overcurrent protection function, in the test product short circuit or breakdown of the instrument is not damaged.
Electric shock protection function, when the instrument operator is accidentally electrocuted, the instrument will immediately cut off the high voltage to ensure the safety of the test personnel.
