The M106 UV ozone analyzer is used in environmental ozone, pharmaceutical, water treatment, health appliances, food, disinfection, etc. For this purpose, the 106-L, 106-M and 106-H ozone analyzers are available, where L, M and H refer to low (0-100 ppm), medium (0-1000 ppm) and high (0-20%) ozone concentrations, respectively. . The instruments are available in different optical path lengths to accommodate an extremely wide range of ozone tests, covering more than 8 orders of magnitude. In addition, the 106-H is measured online through a path designed to allow pressurized flow with the ozone generator.
