It works with a measuring sensor and elements of a Japanese company, made with UV-technology. The two new peristaltic pumps, made by the best Japanese company. It has an excellent accuracy and repeatability of the measured results, and software automatically resets the machine at a certain period of time.You can also connect them to external computer. It cleans the analyzer automatically without human interference.It is not necessary to use chemicals with the milk analyzers. With this sensor, the measured results are very precise and the calibrations never shift with time.And the milk acidity does not affect the results accuracy. The milk analyzers can measure cold milks, without pre-heating. The milk analyzers do not need a periodic re-calibration, because once made, their calibrations remain stable for years. The milk-measuring technology of Z9 milk analyzers, surpasses the drawbacks of the IR-technology. It is not necessary to homogenize the milk sample, when you measure it. With the IR-method, this is done by a mechanical homogenizer, which very often goes out of order and its repair is expensive. At the IR-method, the monthly maintenance amounts to thousands of euro,but the maintenance of the milk analyzers is very cheap.
