1. Expansion joints(compensators)

Expansion joints, also known as compensators, encompass an elastic bellows (or multiple bellows) as their primary operative element, coupled with end connectors, supports, flanges, conduits, and associated accessories. To prevent deformation or damage to heating pipelines due to thermal expansion or temperature stress, compensators are installed to absorb such expansion, thereby reducing stress on pipeline walls and minimizing forces on valves or supporting structures.

As elastic compensating components that facilitate unimpeded expansion and contraction, expansion joints boast reliable operation, superior performance, compact design, and numerous other benefits. Consequently, they are extensively utilized in industries such as chemical engineering, metallurgy, nuclear energy, and more. The slip-type expansion joint comprises inner and outer sleeves capable of relative axial movement, sealed by a stuffing box. It compensates for axial expansion and rotation of pipelines by any angle. With sleeves, shells, and sealing materials, it's compact yet offers significant compensation. Ideal for hot water, steam, and grease, it slides to compensate thermal expansion. Its inner sleeve, connected to the pipeline, utilizes high-performance self-sealing dynamic seals for free sliding and sealing. Using synthetic material seals, it withstands high temperatures, corrosion, and aging. It ensures axial sliding and prevents medium leakage within the pipe..
