Used for heating different shapes and models of solid or hollow car stabilizer bar, also can be used for other solid or hollow metal bar heating.
Product Advantage:
Stabilizer bar is an important part of automobile. Its shape is complex, and most of it is three-dimensional. The stabilizer bar is mainly divided into two kinds, one is solid bar, the other is hollow bar. Manufacturing process has two kinds of hot forming and cold forming, the equipment is mainly used for cold forming process for heating (heating equipment in the hot forming process adopts my company's intermediate frequency induction heating equipment), for cold forming, because the rod has been formed before heating, and the shape of the stabilizer bar is more three-dimensional, very complex, The method of straight rod heating cannot be used to heat the medium frequency furnace. The device clamps both ends of the formed stabilizer bar with electrodes and realizes heating by the resistance of the stabilizer bar itself. Fast heating speed, not affected by the shape of the stabilizer bar, one machine can heat a variety of shapes of the stabilizer bar.
