High Strength and Corrosion Resistance Stainless Steel Honeycomb Core For High End Industry is adhesively-bonded which offers affordable pricing when compared against conventional welded stainless cores. SSH-304 honeycomb is made from annealed SS304.

1. Foil
Stainless Steel 301 or 304 Grade.
2. Glue
Modified epoxy glue for high temperature cure process can provide not only sufficient bonding strength, but also environmental protection and high or low temperature resistance properties. The joint strength of aluminum honeycomb core is the keypoint of evaluating its performance, whose minimum requirement should be more than 2.0N/mm.
