The natural gas burner has the advantages of high thermal efficiency, good safety performance, high reliability, high degree of automation, simple operation, convenient maintenance and low noise.

The burner is divided into a. Diffusion burner b. Partial premixed (atmospheric) burner c. Powered burner where atmospheric combustion is divided into natural ejector and blast.

1. Natural gas burner characteristics

High thermal efficiency: It can adapt to pressure fluctuations and adjust the air distribution once (ie, the gas pressure is high, the suction air is more; the gas pressure is small, the suction air is less), the combustion is sufficient, and the heat efficiency is high;
High safety: The burner is equipped with a small fire. When the boiler starts, first point a small fire. When the small fire is normally and stably burned, the automatic control system will open the main gas valve, and the fuel can enter the normal combustion of the boiler without causing deflagration;

2. Gas valve group
The boiler can be directly connected to low pressure gas pipelines without the need for a pressure regulating station. Its gas valve is a low pressure valve.

Gas valve consists of three parts

1) Manual valve
2) 24V electric valve
3) Gas pressure regulating valve (some types of boiler electric valve and pressure regulating valve are the same valve), and can also set gas high pressure switch and gas low pressure switch according to user requirements;
The gas pressure regulator requires a pre-valve pressure of 5-11 inches of water (127 mm water column - 279.4 mm water column) and a valve pressure of not less than 3.5 inches of water (88.9 mm water column). Liquefied petroleum gas valve pressure requirements 11 inches of water column;

3. Gas shutoff protection device

The gas pipeline is provided with a high pressure switch and a low pressure switch. When the gas or gas pressure is reduced to a certain value, the low pressure switch is activated and the system is automatically turned off; when the gas pressure is too high, the high pressure switch is activated and the system is automatically turned off.
