DZL 6 ton industrial automatic coal fired steam boiler with chain grate stoker
Introduction
1. The DZL series boiler is a horizontal three return fire tube boiler, and the combustion equipment is a chain grate.
2. The water-cooling wall on the left and right sides of the furnace is a radiant heating surface, the two wings of the furnace are convective heating surfaces, the convection heating surface of the threaded tobacco pipe is arranged in the drum, and the front and rear arches are made of a heat-resistant concrete integrally cast enamel. The outside of the boiler main body is a shield housing.
3. The fuel falls from the coal hopper the front part of the grate. As the grate runs, the coal undergoes preheating, retorting, ignition, and burning. The slag falls into the slag bucket, and is discharged from the furnace at any time by the slag removing machine.
5. The rear arch can form a vortex and air to fully mix, and heat the front arch to improve the fire condition.
6. The upper wing of the arch exits into the two-wing convection water wall bundle, enters the threaded pipe through the front smoke box, passes the economizer and the dust collector, led by the induced draft fan to the chimney.

General standard
