WNS series natural gas steam boiler is horizontal internal combustion three-return structure.
The gas formed after the combustion of the fuel transfers radiant heat through the wall of the furnace, which is the first return stroke. The high-temperature flue gas generated by the combustion converges in the back-combustion chamber and turns into the second return stroke, that is, the threaded tobacco pipe area.
After the convective heat transfer, the temperature of the flue gas gradually decreases, and the economizer and the condenser disposed at the top of the furnace are entered from the front smoke box, and finally the flue gas of the boiler is turned from the front smoke box to the third return path, that is, the light pipe bundle region. It then enters the economizer and condenser through the rear smoke box and is discharged into the atmosphere.

High thermal efficiency
1. WNS natural gas steam boiler is made of high-quality aluminum silicate fiber and refractory mud. The temperature of the furnace is controlled below 45 °C, which effectively reduces heat loss.
2. The condenser and economizer are installed at the tail of the boiler flue. The waste heat in the flue gas is used to increase the inlet water temperature of the boiler. The exhaust gas temperature is reduced to 60 degrees, and the thermal efficiency is increased to over 98%.
3. Adequate steam storage space and heating surface, the natural gas steam boiler can produce high thermal power and high quality steam.
Advanced production technology
1. The key processes such as steel plate blanking and tube sheet drilling use advanced CNC machining processes to reduce assembly stress and extend boiler service life.
2. The front and rear smoke box panels are cut by CNC plasma cutting machine, which is neat and beautiful.
3. The welding of the pipe and the tube sheet adopts the first pre-expansion and re-welding process to effectively eliminate the stress.
4. The vertical and circumferential seam welding of the boiler adopts advanced submerged arc automatic welding technology to ensure the welding quality.
The high degree of automation
1.WNS natural gas steam boiler has full-automatic operation characteristics, and the combustion, water level, temperature and steam pressure are automatically adjusted and automatically protected.
2. The smoke box door of WNS series fuel/gas boiler adopts a hinge structure, which is convenient for inspection, inventory and cleaning.
