1. Introduction and Application:
Spraying dryer granulator machine is suitable for Chinese traditional medicine to make tablet, capsule and dissolved medicines, or coating of granules.
2. Features:
(1) Integrated with spraying, drying, fluid granulating, this can make liquid material into granule in one step.
(2) Realize continuous spraying process of immersed paste.
(3) Particularly fit for micro auxiliary raw materials, high viscosity products, high sugar products, heat sensitive products, thermal-sensitive products.
(4) The structures of liquid spraying drying chamber, filtering chamber, fluid-bed and secondary air supply system have been greatly improved.
(5) The final moisture of products can reach 0.1%. The rate of forming granule is more than 95%.
(6) Equipped with powder returning device. It can make granules from 0.2-2mm.
(7) The improved multi-flow atomizer can treat extractum with gravity of 1.3g/cm3.
(8) Simple structure, reliable operation and improved spraying and drying efficiency.
(9) Compared with FL series Fuidized bed granulator dryer machine, spraying dryer granulater machine is more stable and air adjustment is more reasonable.
(10) Spraying dryer granulator machine overcomes the "dead bed" phenomenon.
