Four roller plate rolling machine, It wide used in the manufacture of pressure vessels, machinery,hydropower,construction and other industries of the barrel body pre bending , roll round, and also have a function of checking circle and leveling.
The top roller driven by hydraulic motor. Through the friction between the metal palte and the top roller to druve the bottom
roller and side rollers rotate. And supply the torque for bending plate. The bottom roller,side roller and drop end are all driven by hydraulic oil tank. The bottom roller move up and down the side roller move along with an arc. The bottom roller rising to clamp the plate and the side roller title up to pre-bend the end of the plate.

  1. 4 roller plate rolling machine has the prebending function of the plate end and the CNC rolling function.It can feed the metal plate at a time, and can complete the pre-bending and the roll forming of the workpiece without turning the head.
  2. The upper working roll of the machine is the main drive roll, and the lower roll and both sides of the roll are hydraulically driven.
  3. The lift displacement is controlled by the computer and is automatically leveled. The screen display shows the synchronization accuracy of ±0.1mm.
  4. The tilting and resetting of the rollover bearing body is hydraulic transmission, the balance of the upper roll is equipped with a balance mechanism, which can easily take out the rolled workpiece.
  5. It has a mobile stand-alone console that can be moved at any time; the machine is equipped with a safety interlocking device and is safe.
