Mobile asphalt mixing plant
ZAP-M seriesmobile force series asphalt mixing equipment is on the basis of many years of experience in the production of small mixer, especially most of similar products at the present time: standard production conditions, the high cost of fuel, exhaust temperature high enough, not whole mobile defects, such as new design after market feedback, specific the following technical characteristics:
1. Good mobility.The towed chassis integrates the mixing main engine and the finished product bin, and the cold batching station also adopts the towed form to realize the whole machine's full movement.
2. High combustion efficiency.Select the special burner of high quality and famous brand, optimize the design of combustion furnace, high combustion efficiency, low fuel consumption;
3. Strong reliability.The program control and electronic weighing are closely combined to give full play to the powerful function of PLC, so as to achieve good stability of the weighing system, small fluctuation of discharge temperature and high reliability.
4. Good dust removal effect.Volute dust removal and specially designed dust removal channel further reduce the exhaust temperature, matching with the optional bag dust remover, does not burn out the bag, dust emission can meet the requirements of environmental protection;
5. Double horizontal axis agitator redesigned by Italian technology, with large capacity, high mixing efficiency and long service life;
6. High production efficiency.The newly designed drying drum with data model technology gets rid of the bondage derived from the cement mixing drum, and the drying capacity is further improved to ensure the rated output.
