1. The coating hardly produces a large color difference on different batches of fabrics, and the coverage of the background color is also good when overprinting. With continuous washing or dry cleaning, paint printing will gradually fade and the color will become lighter. This is due to the continuous rotation and stirring during the cleaning process, which gradually causes the resin adhesive to come off. Generally after 20-30 cleanings, this printed cloth will appear obvious discoloration.
2. Be sure to fix the color before cleaning, otherwise discoloration and other phenomena will occur, and even the printing will become blurred after cleaning. If the intermittent rope washing machine is used for washing, the stainless steel rope washing machine should be used, and the vehicle speed should be adjusted to the lowest speed during operation. If starch is used as the paste in the printing paste and the paste, the amylase desizing is needed during the washing process. In order to prevent white soiling during washing, desizing and color fixing, anti-staining agents can be appropriately selected.
