All furnitures are made by Environmental protection paint.
1) Material: Solid wood frame (Rubber wood, Birch wood, Cherry wood) +MDF / Plywood + 0.6mm thickness wood veneer (walnut, cherry wood, oak, birch, sapele,teak wood etc.)
2) Mattress: Offer different kind of mattress, including: compressed spring mattresss, rolling foam mattress, memory foam mattress and latex mattress, Fire Retardant Mattress, CFR 1633 Mattress. Customers can choose the target mattress.
3)Bed base: Offer wooden bed base, fabric bed base and spring boxes.
4) Painting: Taiwan" Yaoguang “environment-friendly' painting.
5) Use " Xinhui" drawer runners.
6) Double-dowelled joint with corner block glued and screwed.
7) All exposed wood is consistent in color and quality.
According to customer request size and material to product furniture.
Packaging:
1. upholstered furniture:
a. use non-woven fabric to wrap the naked product.
b. put air bubble wrapper on.
c. use hard cardboard for the corners and legs protection .
d. cover with sack bag at last
2. wooden furniture:
a. Standard export carton packing, incl. EPE wrap, bubble wrap, EPS foam panel and paper corners as inner packing
