Once the design is printed on the PET DTF film, it is cut to the desired shape and size. The film is then placed on top of the textile substrate, with the printed side facing down. After the transfer process, the PET film is peeled off, leaving the printed design on the textile.

Pressure and heat are then applied to the film, typically using a heat press machine or an iron. The heat causes the adhesive on the film to melt and bind the ink from the design to the surface, creating a permanent transfer.
