There are many factors that affect the use effect of hot melt adhesive. Firstly, one of the reasons is that the viscosity of the hot melt adhesive itself is not strong. MF803A is a maleic anhydride functionalized polyethylene mixture, easy to form film,with excellent processablility and adhesive strength, realizes the bonding of polyethylene resins and PA(Nylon) resins.

It is a modified polyolefin with functional groups to bond firmly to common Polyolefin, Polyamide(Nylon), Ethylene-vinyl -alcohol (EVOH).Since polyolefin itself have no functional groups, it does not adhere to other materials. So we incorporate functional groups into the Polyolefin-Resin to endow the outstanding adhesiveness to other materials without losing all the characteristic benefits of the polyolefin.

Advantages

Application

MF803A adhesive resin is widely used as a binder for Food and Chemical packaging films, air-bubble films, balloon films, such as films for beef jerky, cake, candy, cereals, chicken, sea food, pet food, frozen food, mayonnaise, meat, edible oil, wheat, dried fruit, instant food, tomato ketchup, paste, pastry, rice, sugar, cream , etc.

• Keep in dry,cool and ventilated environment;Avoid direct exposure to water and sunlight.Avoid bulk package and securely wrap the unused part.
