A. Tungsten Steel (COARSE) - Diamond Rod (CERAMIC) - Ceramic Rod (FINE) [3 steps]
a. Place the knife sharpener on a solid flat surface, one hand keeps the sharpener, the other holds knife,put the knife into the “V”slot -tungsten stage, pull back several times for
coarse sharpening
b. Then,put the knife into diamond rod stage, pull back several times for fine sharpening.
c. And then, put the knife into ceramic blade stage for polishing.
B. Tungsten Steel (COARSE) - Ceramic Rod (FINE) [2 steps]
a. Place the knife sharpener on a solid flat surface, one hand keeps the sharpener, the other holds knife,put the knife into the “V”slot -tungsten stage, pull back several times for
coarse sharpening
b. Then, put the knife into ceramic blade stage for polishing.
------------ Above steps (A&B) are for very dull knives. ----------------
C. Diamond Rod (CERAMIC) - Ceramic Rod (FINE) [2 steps]
a. Place the knife sharpener on a solid flat surface, one hand keeps the sharpener, the other holds knife, put the knife into the “V”slot - diamond rod stage, pull back several times for
coarse sharpening.
b. Then, put the knife into ceramic blade stage for polishing.
------------- Above step (C ) is for those not very dull knives. ------------
ATTENTION:
1. For the record, this sharpener can not suit for serrated knife and scissors!
2. Do not put the sharpener into the dishwasher and Keep out of the reach of children.
3. For ceramic knives using, only in the “CERAMIC” slot, material is Diamond Rod.
