Specification:
1. Side gluing,tube forming,paper cutting,bottom creasing,bottom gluing,bottom forming and finished product stacking are completely on one process,with high speed and high production.

3. With Yaskawa servo motor for paper bag length to produce different bag size,production speed is up to 220pcs/min.
4. With automatic hydraulic lifting system to load heavy jumbo roll onto unwind shaft,save labor and loading time.
5. With PLC for central control system and SICK photocell for correction to track printed material accurately,save adjustment time to improve production efficiency.
6. With safety cover to make sure operator’s safety when machine works.
7. With alarm function for rewinding replacing material and machine stop device for detecting material broken.
8. Paper bags are delivered by belt and collected on vertical workbench,with automatic counter.
9. With Schneider Electrical System to make sure machine working stably.
10. High speed design make sure high production:production capacity can reach 100-180pcs/min with moderate thickness paper,even higher production.
