Industrial Microwave Graphite Exfoliation Furnace HY-PH9010 is composed of furnace body, microwave system, thermal insulation system, control system, safety system and feeding & unloading system.
HY-PH9010 is suitable for durabel production of graphene since loading and unloading is fully automatice.
HY-PH9010 uses 6 magnetrons with 1,5kW power to generate microwave while the total microwave output power is 0,1 to 8.4kW continuously adjustable.
Furthermore, the innovative tube and insulation structure ensure that there is neither product pollution nor accumulation during Exfoliation process.
HY-PH9010 is designed for industrial mass production of high-quality graphen with a producing capacity of 10~50kg per day.
