High-pressure roller mill (pressure) is equipped with two solid crushing rollers, the roller surface adopts pile-welded roller surface or studded roller surface, which is suitable for the fine grinding operation with the feed size less than 60mm and the finished product size below 3mm. High Pressure Roller Mill (Press) Machine working principle
The main body of high-pressure roller mill (press) machine relies on two relatively rotating solid crushing rollers, the material through the roller press fabrication device, into the relative rotation of the roller gap (V-shaped crushing chamber), using high-pressure layer crushing principle, the material after high-pressure extrusion (general pressure set to 150Mpa), completely destroy the internal crystal structure of the material, so that the material produces a large number of micro-cracks, the material mechanism changes, so that to achieve the dense material cakes and powders, and finally from the two rollers fall in the gap by the discharge port discharged.
