High Fineness Unscreened Crushing Line product description

The high fineness non-screening crushing production line consists of raw material silo, vibrating (screening) feeder, jaw crusher, toothed roll crusher (cone crusher according to customer's requirements), two roll crushers, suspended permanent magnetic iron remover, several belt conveyors, dust collection system and electric control system. It is characterized by no screening, low running cost, no fear of moisture, large output, low power consumption and less dust. It is a rare and mature high fineness non-screening production line in today's domestic market.

It can be used for crushing all kinds of stones with compressive strength less than 300Mpa, such as limestone, dolomite, river pebbles, granite, basalt, quartzite, potassium feldspar and so on. It is mainly used in building materials, coal water slurry, iron and steel, thermoelectricity, chemical industry, etc., especially when the material humidity is very large (viscous) can not be screened occasions.

High Fineness Unscreened Crushing Line working principle

When the high fineness non-screening crushing production line is working, turn on the electric control system according to the sequential order, start all the equipments, use the loader to pour the large stone into the raw material warehouse, then the vibrating screen feeder (connected with the suspended permanent magnetic separator at the material drop) will firstly send the stone (mixed with clay) and so on into the jaw crusher by the belt conveyor for coarse crushing, and the coarse crushing will be crushed to 120mm, and then sent into the toothed-roll crusher for secondary crushing (middle crushing) by the belt conveyor through the fabricator to the 1# roller crusher for fine crushing to 8mm or so. Crusher for secondary crushing (medium crushing), medium crushing to about 40mm, from the belt conveyor through the fabricator into the 1 # roller crusher for fine crushing to about 8mm. And then by the belt conveyor through the fabricator into the 2 # roller crusher for fine crushing to about 2mm, without screening equipment, that is, to achieve about 98% of the finished product rate.

If the silica content of the stone is too high, when the roll surface is worn out faster, the roller surface grinding (cutting) device is configured, and the roller surface is repaired with the grinding device at any time according to the roller surface condition, and the granularity requirement is guaranteed at all times.

The capacity of high fineness non-screening crushing production line can be designed according to the customer's requirements, configured with different models of equipment, in the discharge size of about 2mm non-screening, a single production line can reach 10-300t / h. The production line can be equipped with dust collector according to the customer's requirements.

According to customer's requirement, this production line is equipped with dust collector, i.e. the dust collector is added in the feeding and discharging ports of jaw crusher, the feeding and discharging ports of toothed roll crusher and the feeding and discharging ports of the two roller crushers, and the high negative pressure of the dust collector's fan is utilized to adsorb the micro-fine particles on the bag, and the bag is automatically vibrated and cleaned up regularly, so that the dust is collected and meets the national environmental protection standard.
