Rapid Cooling Stainless Steel Ice Water Injector For Broccoli Grower
Automatic ice injector are usually used to transport broccoli, corn and scallions to keep fresh.
The stainless steel water tank is not only a stirring device for ice and water, but also a recycling system for chilled water, thereby saving costs and improving efficiency. According to different customer needs, the broccoli ice injection system can handle 2000 to 20000 cartons per day. 56 or 64 cartons for a 2-3 minute freezing process.
After the ice water is mixed, it is automatically filled into the broccoli carton, and the water flows away from the holes in the carton, and the ice stays in the carton to cover the broccoli, so as to achieve the purpose of keeping fresh.
Also reduces labor by allowing forklifts to continuously feed and unload without waiting for the ice to complete its cycle.
