1) Heating plate design

Machined by 45# steel plates wich have been rolled by double  scale and normalizing treatment. Ra<=1.6um

2) Top and bottom table 

Is made of Q235 steel , in order to ensure the production of precision, the use of automatic cutting blanking, planing machine processing and welding groove, co2 gas shielded arc welding, using alloy welding wire welding, heat treatment after welding as a whole into the furnace, thoroughly eliminate the welding stress, to mechanical processing, to ensure the deformation in the course of using.Up and down the pad using natural cooling.
