Swung Drop Hammer Exhaust Fan (Standard Shutter)
● Opening Device: Using high strength nylon swung drop hammer opening device to ensure the shutters opening and closing flexibly.
● Blade: 6 fan baldes is special designed for the biggest efficiency which made of Krupp 430 stainless steel by punching forming. Large air volume, no deformation, no broken, no dust, attractive and durable. Thickness 1.2mm, surface finish BA grade.
● Belt Pulley: Fan belt pulley is made of high strength aluminum-magnesium alloy by die-casting which reduces the weight of propeller, high corrosion resistance. Special three reinforced ribs pulley design. Sand blasting treatment for attractive appearance, eliminate internal stress to improve its own rigidity and stability, never broke;
● Motor: Chinese famous motors, Siemens motors and ABB motors for option; Motor voltage,frequency and phase can be customized. Motor protection class is IP55, Insulation class is F.
● Bearing: Fan bearing adopts imported doublerow bearing with special waterproof design, water can’t enter. High strength, lower noise, maintenance free and long service life.
● Belts: Belts are Japanese Mitsuboshi brand, ensure the long service life, maintenance free.
● Hot-dip galvanized blade support and safe net ensure never rust.
● Belt Adjusting Device: Equipped with a belt adjusting device which is the motor locking bolt. Adjust it clockwise with No.17 wrench to tight the belt.
● Complete new CNC production line improved fan quality up to top grade, aesthetic appearance.
