Product information
1. The NV400 doesn't work through windows because IR beams will reflect.
2. To TURN ON the Infrared Feature, please REMOVE the IR cap (the left lens cover) when using it during the night time AND press the IR button. Without doing those 2 things, the binoculars will still be in the day time settings.
3. For the ZOOM feature, there are 2 levels: 3.5X and 7X. You can switch between the 2 levels by pressing the ZOOM button.
4. To turn ON the NV400, please HOLD the power button for 3-4 seconds. If your unit doesn't turn on, PLEASE check the polarity of the AA batteries if it's correct.
