Double Acting Agriculture Hydraulic Cylinder For Forestry can be customized according to requirements:
| Cylinder block:The cylinder block is made of high strength carbon steel. The internal surface of the cylinder is designed with proper strength, size, and thickness of cylinder body, and it has good degree of finish and rigidity under the tumbling treatment which minimizes the inner friction, improves the wear resistance and prolongs the service life. |
| Piston rod:High strength damage resistant piston rod provides 100,000 PSI minimum yield material in 1" through 4 1/2" diameters. Larger diameters vary between 50,000 and 75,000 PSI minimum yield material. All rods are case hardened to 50-55 RC and hard chrome plated to provide maximum wear life. Stainless steel is also available. The hard chrome plated of the piston rod according to your requirement. |
| Guide sleeve:The sleeve is made of high strength spheroidal graphite cast iron and high strength steel under buffering inner bore copper welding treatment. |
| Effective Seals: The sealing system used is stacked V-packing rings or single lip U-cups” molded.Low friction, high load piston seals with outboard wear bands are standard. Loaded lip seals and cast iron rings are optional. |
| Wide Bearings: The use of extra wide internal bronze bearings means greater low friction surface for our telescopic cylinders to operate. This wider bearing surface aids in the prevention of side-loading, which ultimately causes scoring within the tube and sends damaging metal particles throughout the hydraulic system. |
| Quality Control: Our quality control program is continuous throughout the production of each telescopic cylinder. All telescopic cylinders are pressure tested before leaving our plant and designed to operate at a maximum of 2,000 PSI. |
