Components: The valve consists of a valve body, a throttling sleeve, a pressure compensator, a one-way valve, and an adjusting component. Function: The valve sets the throttling section of the throttling point by mechanically turning the crank bolt. The built-in pressure compensator ensures a constant, pressure-independent flow at the throttle point. Installation: The valve is suitable for base plate installation and has mechanical operation function. Application: Suitable for industrial hydraulic systems that require precise flow control, such as mechanical tools, automation equipment, etc.

For base plate mounting: Port mounting surface in accordance with ISO 6263; base plate in accordance with catalog RC 45066 (order separately). Electrical closed-loop position control of the orifice. The position sensor coil can be moved axially, which simplifies the potential-free balancing of the orifice (electro-hydraulic) without the need for adjusting control electronics. The valve as well as the electrical amplifier type VT-VRPA1-151-1X (analog) and the amplifier module type VT-MRPA1-151-1X (analog) are manufactured to low tolerances and are ordered separately. Because it is equipped with a rectifying superimposed valve plate, flow control can be carried out in both directions.
