Driver Module Description
Universal serial bus uplink port coupled to universal serial bus hub controller; Universal serial bus downlink port, coupled to universal serial bus hub controller; Universal serial bus to integrated driver electronics conversion bridge, coupled to universal serial bus hub controller, which includes an interface device to communicate with external devices. The design simplifies the interface of integrated hub and integrated driver electronic components.
The driver adopts digital signal processor (DSP) as the control core, which can realize more complex control algorithms, and realize digitalization, networking and intelligence. Power devices generally use intelligent power module as the core design of the drive circuit, IPM internal integrated drive circuit, and has overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating, undervoltage and other fault detection protection circuit, in the main circuit also added a soft start circuit to reduce the impact of the start process on the driver.
Operating Principle
First, the power drive unit rectifies the input three-phase or mains through the three-phase full-bridge rectifier circuit to obtain the corresponding direct current. The AC servo motor is driven by a three-phase sinusoidal PWM voltage inverter after good rectification or mains power. The whole process of the power drive unit can be simply said to be the process of AC-DC-AC, and the main topological circuit of the rectifier unit (AC-DC) is a three-phase full-bridge uncontrolled rectifier circuit.
Choice Of Control Mode
If there is no requirement for the speed and position of the motor, as long as the output is a constant torque, of course, with the torque mode.
If there are certain accuracy requirements for position and speed, and the real-time torque is not very concerned, it is not convenient to use the torque mode, and it is better to use the speed or position mode.
If the upper controller has a good closed-loop control function, the speed control effect will be better, if the requirements are not very high, or basically no real-time requirements, the position control method is used.
