Product Description
The pilot oil from VICKERS solenoid valve controls the movement of the spool of the main reversing valve, so that the oil from the working pump enters the boom cylinder to achieve the boom rise ratio. The greater the output pressure of the pilot reducing valve, the greater the displacement of the spool of the main reversing valve, the greater the flow through the main reversing valve, and the faster the boom rises. When the handle is operated to pull the limit position, the limit electromagnet in the handle is energized, and the handle is sucked in the limit position. The boom rises at the maximum speed, and when it rises to the position limited by the upper limit switch of the boom, the operation handle limit electromagnet is powered off, the handle automatically recovers to the middle position, and the boom can be maintained in the limited position.
The main features of VICKERS solenoid valve are: (1) the external leakage is blocked, the internal leakage is easy to control, and the use is safe. Internal and external leakage is an element that endangers safety. Other automatic control valves usually extend the stem, and the rotation or movement of the spool is controlled by an electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic actuator. The iron core in the magnetic insulation tube of the valve is completed, and there is no dynamic seal, so the external leakage is easy to block. Electric valve torque control is not easy, easy to produce internal leakage, and even pull the stem head; The structure of the solenoid valve is easy to control the internal leakage until it is reduced to zero. Therefore, the solenoid valve is particularly safe to use, especially for corrosive, toxic or high and low temperature media. (2) The system is simple, it will be connected to the computer, the price is low and modest. The solenoid valve itself has a simple structure and low price, and is easier to install and maintain than other kinds of actuators such as regulating valves. What is more remarkable is that the automatic control system is much simpler and the price is much lower. Because the solenoid valve is a switch signal control, it is very convenient to connect with the industrial control computer. In today's era of computer popularity and sharply reduced prices, the advantages of solenoid valves are more obvious.
