Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth DBDS6G1X/400 (R900423721) is a high-performance, direct-actuated industrial hydraulic pressure relief valve designed for reliable pressure limitation to a preset value. This valve is part of the DBD series and operates as a poppet seat valve with a size component series X, suitable for maximum operating pressures of up to 400 bar. It features a sleeve with hexagon and protective cap for secure installation and maintenance. The DBDS6G1X/400 is equipped with NBR seals and is compatible with several hydraulic fluids including HL, HLP, HLPD, HVLP, HVLPD, and certain Fuchs, Petrofer, Houghton, and Union Carbide HP fluids. Its construction includes a durable sleeve, spring mechanism, and poppet with damping piston or ball that regulates the system pressure in a stepless manner through an adjustable element.
Designed for versatility in application, this valve can be used as a screw-in cartridge valve or for subplate mounting with threaded connections. The number of ports and type of actuation are mechanically actuated to ensure robust performance in various industrial settings. The DBDS6G1X/400 also boasts an easy-to-use adjustment type for pressure setting adjustments which can be customized with options such as a rotary knob or lockable rotary knob.
