Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth DBDH6P1X/100 (R900424246) is a direct operated seat valve specifically designed for limiting system pressure. This model is part of the DBD series of pressure relief valves, which are known for their reliability and precision in controlling hydraulic system pressures. The valve consists of a sleeve, spring, and poppet with a damping piston for pressure ratings up to 315 bar, or alternatively, a ball for pressure ratings up to 630 bar. It features an adjustable mechanism that allows for stepless setting of system pressure. The DBDH6P1X/100 valve operates by utilizing the force of the spring to maintain the poppet or ball against the seat until the system pressure exceeds the pre-set value. At this point, the poppet or ball opens against the spring force, allowing hydraulic fluid to flow from channel P to channel T.
The stroke of the poppet is carefully limited by embossing within the valve structure. Bosch Rexroth has engineered this valve with several options for adjustment types including a sleeve with hexagon and protective cap, rotary knob, hand wheel, and lockable rotary knob – all designed to prevent loss during operation. Moreover, they have addressed potential issues by ensuring that if minimum pressure does not settle when completely unloaded, users can pull back the adjustment element to its stop before screwing it in again for increased pressure adjustment.
