Precautions for use include:
Preparation before installation: Check the size and roughness of the socket, remove the edges and burrs, and ensure concentricity; check the model and sealing ring of each component, disassemble and clean, replace and perform performance tests if necessary; clean the components of the valve block.
Installation method: Apply grease or engine oil to the socket and the outer ring of the plug assembly, knock it in with a rubber hammer or press it into the socket with the cover screw, fix the control cover with the hexagon socket screw, and then install the pilot control valve.
Common problems and solutions:
Air leakage: Check whether the valve body, valve core and seal are damaged or worn, replace damaged parts and ensure that the connection is tight.
Valve core stuck: Spray lubricating oil on the valve core to make it slide freely; if the problem persists, you may need to replace a new valve core.
Valve cannot be closed or opened: Check whether there is debris blocking the inside of the valve, clean and remove the debris; if the problem persists, you may need to replace parts or the entire cartridge valve.
