Precautions for the use of DAIKIN piston pumps

Hydraulic oil requirements:

The hydraulic oil temperature should be maintained at 0-60℃, and the kinematic viscosity (40℃) should be between 32-46mm²/s. ISO VG32 aviation hydraulic oil is recommended.
Keep the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil within the requirements of NAS 10 level or JB/T 7858-95 acceptance standards.

Installation precautions:

Oil filling port position: When installing the pump, the oil filling port position should be upward.
Shaft alignment: It is recommended to use a flexible coupling, the maximum axial error is less than 0.25mm, and the maximum angle error is less than 0.2°.
Suction port pressure: The suction port suction pressure is recommended to be between -16.7 and +50KPa, and 0 to +50KPa is recommended when the pump speed is higher than 1800r/min.
Suction line: The suction line should be as short and straight as possible, avoid right angles, and should be well sealed.
Drain line: The drain line should ensure that the pressure in the pump cavity is less than 0.1MPa, the impact force is less than 0.5MPa, the piping length should be less than 1m, and the pipe end is immersed in oil.

Starting precautions:

At the beginning of the start, it should be confirmed whether the rotation direction of the hydraulic pump is consistent with the direction marked on the body.
It is not allowed to enter full speed operation rapidly at the initial start-up. The motor should be turned on/off repeatedly several times to discharge the air in the oil pipe before entering continuous operation.

Leakage oil pipeline:

The leakage oil pipeline must return to the oil tank directly and without throttling. It cannot be connected with other return oil tank pipelines. The end of the leakage oil pipeline must be below the lowest liquid level of the oil tank and as far away from the suction pipe as possible.
