Description:

Rexroth Proportional Valve 4WRE6V16-2X/G24K4/V-822 is a high-performance proportional directional valve manufactured by Bosch Rexroth, Germany. It belongs to the 4WREE series and is a direct acting proportional directional valve designed for base plate mounting with ISO standard interface. The valve is made of cast iron for good mechanical properties and durability. The basic structure of the valve consists of a valve body, control slide valve, compression spring, spring plate, proportional solenoid and position sensor. In the unenergized state, the control slide valve is held in the mechanical intermediate position by a compression spring. Direct operation of the control slide valve is achieved by controlling the proportional solenoids through an external electronic device. When one of the proportional solenoids is activated, the control slide valve moves proportionally to the input electrical signal, thus enabling connection from port P to port A and from port B to port T. The control slide valve can also be operated by an external electronic device.
