Dynamometer testing items with Dynamometer Test Bench:

(1) DC resistance test under hot and cold conditions.

(2) No-load test: Obtain the no-load characteristic curve through the test, and calculate the no-load current, no-load power, iron loss and mechanical loss.

(3) Stalled rotor test: Obtain the stalled rotor characteristic curve through the test, and calculate the stalled rotor torque and current.

(4) Load test: This test is used to obtain the load characteristic curve and calculate the modified motor parameters

(5) Temperature rise test: Use resistance temperature measurement method to calculate the motor temperature rise. During the test, the motor winding temperature, center temperature, etc. are monitored through temperature detection equipment.

(6) T-N curve: Draw the T-N curve of the induction motor in real time, and automatically test the maximum torque, minimum torque and speed of the single-phase induction motor after disconnecting the centrifugal switch.
