2. Free Training: You can send your engineers to our factory for free of charge training, which includes the software, operation, installation, adjustment, basic repairing, etc.
3. Technical Support: All operation manuals, software, CAD drawings of the steel structure and instruction of installing the cabinets can be provided for free. Online technical support by remote control is also available. If needed, we can send engineers to your country to instruct and help the installation.
4. If you need, we can send our engineer to guide the installation for you. But the relevant cost should be paid by your company such hotel, food, round trip ticket.

A1: We have 2 years warranty.

A2: After price confirm,for our normal products(not customized products),we can send samples for you in 7 days. And our samples usually not for free, after large order placed samples costs can be refundable.
