| R&D: | A strict quality control will be carried out for all the kids amusement equipment produced by SENJUN. After that, our products also need to be tested with professional testing equipment. Only when they pass all the tests, then they will be sold to customers.
SENJUN has a strict control towards its products and its personnel. Meanwhile, it always assumes customers' satisfaction as its responsibility, and enveavors to provide a satety play environment for all the kids.
In order to ensure the high quality and high usability of our products, we deliver corresponding detection models for all the finished and semi-finished products.
Various tests should be carried out for all our products, including tests for fatigue resistance performance, shock resisitance performance, water-proof performance, corrosion resistance performance, aging resistance performance, and salt spray test. Besides that, as to foot pedals for air walker and two person pendulum machine, impact resistance test should also be delivered
To improve product quality, the company has procured high-end precision testing equipment, including universal testing machine, multifunctional testing machine, high/low temperature testing machine, Xenon lamp aging test chamber, salt spray test chamber, dust test chamber, waterproofness test chamber, rotational inertia testing machine, drop test machine, wall thickness measuring instrument, coating thickness measuring instrument, etc. The equipment helps us improve our quality control.
