1. Brief Introduction of Medium Frequency Induction Melting Furnace:
KGPS series Medium Frequency melting induction furnace, aluminum shell mechanical tilt, is for melting cast steel, cast iron, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and other metals or its alloy.It is particularly suited to small and medium-size enterprises, or as Precision Casting Material Test.
Aluminum shell melting Furnace:
1. Aluminum shell furnace using more high quality aluminum alloy shell, reduce the intensity of the magnetic flux leakage at the same time to ensure furnace
2. USES the induction coil, the thick wall of full use standard T2 copper tube, can provide more energy and melting induction coil turn-to-turn open space to improve the efficiency of electricity;
3. Open hearth reduces the water vapor, and design cooling ring at the bottom, more prolong the service life of furnace lining;
4. Full use whole brick instead of ordinary asbestos, greatly reduces the use cost of furnace body.
