SiC micro-reaction module is a multi-layer structure (usually 2 to 5 layers), which is composed of a reaction plate, a heat exchanger plate or a flat plate respectively. The silicon carbide module is formed by high temperature diffusion welding.

  • SiC microreaction module is widely used in SiC plate microreactor.
  • SiC plate microreactor, widely used in petrochemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, dyes, explosives and other fields, mainly including sulfonation, nitrification, fluorination, oxidation, amidation, diazotization, catalytic hydrogenation and other types of strong exothermic and flammable and explosive gas-liquid and liquid-liquid reaction process;And in the preparation of materials and catalysts for the synthesis of nanomaterials, special reagents such as Grignard reagents and peroxide reagents.

  • The SiC micro-reaction module is welded as a whole by high temperature diffusion to reduce the risk of leakage and greatly improve the pressure resistance of the reactor.
  • Each silicon carbide module is tested by water pressure or air pressure before leaving the factory to ensure reliability and safety.

Compared with conventional batch and non-batch reaction equipment made of metal, glass and graphite, SiC micro-reaction module has high specific surface area, excellent mass and heat transfer performance, and can realize the rapid mixing of reactants.
  • SiC micro-reaction plate and module can be customized flexibly according to customer design.
  • Silicon carbide micro reaction components have high thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance characteristics, the reaction process can quickly increase or reduce the temperature of the reaction medium, heat and mass transfer efficiency is high, thereby shortening the reaction time, improve the reaction efficiency.
