Chengdu Yongyi Pump Industry Co., Ltd is located in Chengdu, Sichuan province, China, about 50km to Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport and very close to China Railway Express.
Chengdu Yongyi Pump Industry Co., Ltd established in 1995, now, over 90% of our workers and engineers have many years of production experience, with production ability of 20 sets per day. They could finish the procedure of design, casting, machining, assembly and testing independently.
With main products of pumps and mixers, our products cover more than 1, 000 varieties in more than 10 series, including chemical process pump, slurry pump, vortex pump, desulfurization pump and agitators and many more. They are widely used in chemical, metallurgy, mineral, electricity, coal industry and so on.
The company has advanced design platform, using PRO / ENGINEER, SolidWorks and other three-dimensional software for product structure analysis; Has hydraulic machinery, casting and smelting, mechanical processing, heat treatment and other technical personnel, has multiple patent technologies, is a member unit of phosphorus and sulfur industry association, the key test platform and the joint base of Xihua university, has obtained the industrial design center granted by Chengdu city and high-tech enterprises in Chengdu and the big taxpayers of Chengdu Qingbaijiang district.

| Production Line: | Yongyi Pump is one of the Top-three factories with full automatic production line. Monthly production capacity of 100 sets. All machines are in good quality, with exported standard.
Our production strictly follow these procedures: forming, casting, processing, assembling, testing, painting and packing.
Yongyi has advanced resin sand casting technology, advanced mechanical processing equipment, high volume medium frequency furnace and advanced chemical composition analysis equipment, advanced comprehensive performance testing platform.

Foundry Workshop
The foundry is the most basic production workshop. The foundry processes the main material(raw iron, scrap steel, steel) into blanks and transfers them to the processing workshop (the second basic production workshop). The processing workshop continue processing them.
Machine Processing Workshop
The machine processing workshop do processing and assembling work after receiving the blanks from the foundry workshop.
Quality Inspection Workshop
Through very stringent quality and enterpriseaudit procedure, we have passed ISO9001international quality system authorization in2015. Also finished ProductTraceability System is adopted to ensure theproduct quality & production management.
