QG/JG Series Pulse bag filter Airflow industrial drying equipment for starch is equipped with fan that has the function of dispersing. So it is suitable for heat sensitive raw material specially. The impeller of fan in high speed can crush the wet and blocked raw material till dispersing. During the period of dispersing, it is stirred and mixed. Then the raw material and air are flowing in parallel. It is applicable for drying raw material that are blocked cake but only surface moisture less than 40%.If the amount to be dryed is large or the moisture required of finished products is less than 15%,two grades drying can be used. If the moisture of raw material is between 40%~60% and hard to feed, It is necessary to adapt mixing device, mixing dry raw material into it to decrease the moisture of raw material. At this time, the total output of dryer will decrease greatly. It is not economic. Therefore, customer should remove the moisture using machinery method (centrifugal dewatering or filter pressing)so as to decrease its moisture as possible, in order to guarantee the drying operation can be carried out well.

Application

Features

Large dry strength and save equipment investment: the treating amount of air stream drier is the largest.

High automatic and the quality of product is good: the raw material to be dried is inside the pipe. The dry time is short (only0.5-2seconds). So that the automatic can be realized. The raw material don’t contact with outside. So few pollution and final product in good quality.

The equipment will be supplied completely and the heat source can be chosen freely.

The basic type consists of filter, heater, feeder, drying pipe, fan and cyclone separator. Customer can install duster and other auxiliary equipment accordance to practical condition.

For heating way, Air stream drier has wide suitability. Stream, electricity and air-heated furnace for optional. Meanwhile, heat resource depends on the temperature of raw material to be resisted(or temperature of hot air). If ≦150℃, choose steam to heat. If ≦200℃, electricity or steam plus electric as supplement or (heat conduction);≦300℃, coal air-heated furnace. If≦600℃, oil air-heated furnace.

Work principle

The damp raw material through conveyer and heated fresh air enter into the drier at the same time. The area mixed fully. Because the area of heat exchange is large, the purpose of evaporation and dry can be realized in a short time, the dried finished product is discharged from cyclone separator. Small parts of power dust can be recovered and used through cyclone separator or bag duster. Model QG air stream drier is operated at negative pressure. The raw material does not pass through fan. Model QG air stream drier is operated at positive pressure. The raw material passes through fan with the effect of crushing. Model JG air stream drier is a reinforced type it integrates flash dry and air stream dry in the one body and is also a newest style drier designed and manufactured by us as customer request.
