Woven wire ATLAS vibrating screen mesh is made of spring steel wire and manganese steel wire. The spring steel wire can be divided into high carbon steel wire and medium steel wire. The commonly used material of manganese steel wire is 65 Mn. Manganese steel vibrating screen mesh has better wear resistance than other materials. Even if the surface is strongly impacted and abraded, the interior remains high plasticity and toughness. When the old surface is worn and torn, it will form a new wear-resistant layer.
The high-quality raw materials make the woven wire vibrating screen mesh have many excellent characteristics, such as high tensile, wear and weather resistance.
Except for the woven wire vibrating screen mesh, there are two other types of vibrating screen mesh: perforated vibrating screen and polyurethane vibrating screen.
Vibrating Screen Mesh is available in different wire diameters, mesh opening and open area. This is widely used for various applications such as screening, sizing, grading, shifting, separating, scalping and washing. This wire mesh can be also custom designed in case plungers and vibrating rods are needed to insert for protection against tearing. It is installed above rubber beads to avoid metal to metal contacts.
