Introduction
Bag filter is a kind of pressure type filter, filter cylinder, cylinder lid, and main quick opening mechanism, stainless steel filter bag to strengthen network main parts, such as the filtrate by filter shell side inlet tube into the filter bag, filter bag itself is a device in strengthening a basket with netting on top, liquid penetrant fineness required for grades of filter bag that can obtain qualified filtrate impurity particles blocked by the filter bag. The machine is very convenient to replace the filter bag, filtering basically no material consumption.
Working Principle
The bag filter has many advantages such as reasonable structure, good sealing, strong circulation ability and easy operation. Especially the filter bag side leakage probability is small, can correctly ensure the filtration accuracy, and can quickly change the filter bag, so that the operation cost is reduced. The inner and outer surface of the filter is solved by mechanical sandblasting and polishing, which is average and easy to clean. We know that the bag filter filtering method is taken by the method of side in side out, side in bottom out, also can take through the pressure in the pipeline to filter the liquid medium pressure into or smoke into the barrel, the bag filter to filter the liquid medium filter blue supporting by electrolytic polishing punching support of filter bag filter, change of solid liquid to liquid medium to be filtered results.
The structure design of the bag filter is made up of four sets of hammer-type ring head bolts to seal the top cover and the filter cylinder tightly, so that the filter can bear the high filter pressure and the pressure impact of the water hammer. The bag filter is composed of three parts: filter cylinder, filter net basket and filter bag. The structure is compact and simple. The liquid to be filtered enters through the inlet of the filter and flows into the filter bag. After being intercepted by the filter bag, it is discharged from the outlet of the filter. The import and export design of bag filter generally adopts side in and bottom out way, which is convenient for cleaning
