Product description
High Pressure Chamber filter press is a kind of equipment which widely used for solid-liquid separation.
Program controlled automatic chamber filter press can use microcomputer processor, PLC and touch screen for various operations, such as: pressing plate, open/close drip tray, loosen and pull the filter plate, cloth washing etc. The main advantages are convenient replacement of filter clothes, simple structure, low malfunction rate, low moisture content of filter cake, convenient slag discharge, etc.
Working Principle
The high pressure chamber filter press is composed of two adjacent recessed filter plates;The surface of the filter plate has pits and bosses to support the filter cloth. There are through holes in the center and corners of the filter plate, which form a complete channel after assembly, which can pass in the suspension, wash water and lead out the filtrate. There are handles on both sides of the filter plate, which are supported on the beam, and the filter plate is pressed by the pressing device. The filter cloth between the filter plates acts as a seal.
Under the pressure of the feeding pump, the material liquid that needs to be filtered is sent to each filter chamber, and the solid and liquid are separated through the filter medium (select the appropriate filter cloth according to different industries). A filter residue is formed on the filter cloth until the filter chamber is filled to form a filter cake. The filtrate passes through the filter cloth and flows along the groove of the filter plate to the lower outlet hole channel for centralized discharge. After the filtration is completed, the residue on the filter clothes can be washed with clear washing water.
