Save more power and ice making time. Seamless Welding promise the refrigerant can not leave out .Before connect the pipe , it will be polishing inside the tube ,let the tube pipe to soft and glowing evenness.
Packing and shipping:
1. Standard wooden case. 20GP or 40GP container
2. Completely ice machine contain: machine, brine tank,ice block cans,cover,cooling tower, water pump, water pipes and water pipe fittings.
3. Machine come into use, customer only need prepare power for the machine.
4. All required components for installing the machine will be provided.
5. Our factory also can produce cold room for store ice.
6. If each block ice is heavy we suggest customer buy crane system for automatically take out ice and filling water in to ice block cans.
7. For brine design need use salt. Brine no need change often, just need discharge the brine and clean the tank each year.
8. We will offer a meter to customer for testing density of brine.
