YLW/YHW horizontal biomass coal fired thermal oil boiler is an safe and energy saving boiler with working characteristics of low pressure (1.0 MPa) and high temperature (350℃). The combustion equipment is chain grate, the fuel could be II class bituminous coal and biomass pellet (wood chips, bagasse, straw, etc.). The heat carrier is heat conduction oil, the circulating pump force heat transfer medium circulating in liquid phrase, and transfer heat to heat user equipment, then return to the heating furnace for reheating. Because of working in liquid state, the vertical type coal/biomass fired thermal fluid heater is safe and reliable.
Biomass pellet fuel is a significant achievement in scientific research of fuel application,which makes uses of crop wastes including straw,rice stalks,firewood.wood cutting,peanut shells,sunflower seeds,beet dreg and bark,gets them processed through crushing,mixing,squeezing and drying.biomass pellet fuel is know as green coal and a clean energy source. As fuel of boiler,it has long combustion period and high temperature in strengthen-combustion furnace,meanwhile,which is economical and practical, beings no pollution to the environment and an efficient and energy-conserved environment-friendly product substituting for wood,coal and natural gas.
